By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms below. By proceeding to checkout and accepting our Terms of Service, you agree that the supply of digital products and licensed assets begins immediately after purchase and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access or delivery has started.

 

 

Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales are final. As our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a file is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and used.

We do not offer refunds except in rare and exceptional cases—for example, if a file is corrupted or if there has been a technical error on our side. If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that we display all assets in high resolution to help you make an informed decision before buying. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product fits your needs prior to purchase.

 

 

Important Notes for EU Customers

In certain limited circumstances, EU-based consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase—only if the file has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the digital delivery begins, this right typically no longer applies.

By completing a purchase and accessing your files, you acknowledge that delivery has started and that any right of withdrawal, if applicable, is considered waived.

 

 

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

– Change of mind
– Product not being what you expected
– Project needs changing after purchase
– Technical inability to use the files
– Finding a similar or alternative product elsewhere

 

 

Processing of Approved Refunds

In the rare case a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
